TRAINING

The training program will dramatically improve the overall athletic ability and reduce the risk of injury in each participant. This program has over ten years of proven results from beginners to professional athletes. (as proven by research studies conducted by Texas Tech University) and is designed specifically for each athlete. It will focus on developing speed, quickness, jumping ability, and strength as it pertains to their sports. We will cover five major categories in each training session. (Balance & Stability, Linear Speed, Multi-Directional Speed, Strength & Power and Core Strength & Stability ) Just like the links of a chain, these category’s are linked together. If one link is weak, the chain will break. In our program we focus on developing and strengthening each link of the athletic speed chain and will dramatically improve each athletes ability to play the game fast. Below are specific things that will be covered in each training session:

  • Dynamic Flexibility

  • First Step Quickness

  • Reaction Speed 

  • Change of Direction

  • Multidirectional Movements 

  • Acceleration/Deceleration

  • Vertical Power / Plyometrics

  • Isolated / Multi Joint Strengthening

  • Proper Landing Mechanics

  • Muscular Balance   

  • Core Control

WE OFFER TWO PROGRAMS

  1.  Elite Private Instruction

    This is program is for the athlete that is dedicated, highly motivated and wants to be a great athlete. Each session will include sport specific athletic speed training and strength training and will be 1 hour to 1½ hours in duration. Athlete can attend up to 2 times a week

  2. Summer Group Training

    This is our athletic speed training plus a weight training in a group sitting. Each session is 1½ hours in duration. Athlete can attend up to 2 times a week. This program is offered June through August only.
